我們正在尋找具備良好溝通能力與目標導向的客戶維運人才！ 你將負責既有企業客戶的經營與關係維護，透過了解客戶需求與提供適切的物流解決方案，提升客戶使用頻率與長期合作關係。
在這個角色中，你將成為企業客戶的重要窗口，從日常溝通、問題處理到策略建議，確保客戶持續使用平台並創造穩定營收成長。
【工作內容】 維護與經營既有企業客戶關係，確保客戶持續使用平台服務並提升合作黏著度。 主動了解客戶營運需求，提供合適的物流解決方案，提升訂單量與使用頻率。 依據客戶使用數據，規劃並執行帳戶經營策略，推動營收成長與加值服務導入。 處理客戶日常問題與重大異常狀況，確保服務品質並提升客戶滿意度。 執行日常帳戶管理作業，並與內部團隊協作，確保服務交付品質與效率。 【我們正在找這樣的你/妳】 目標導向：對營收成長與客戶經營指標具高度敏感度，能持續追蹤並達成目標。 良好的溝通與關係建立能力：能與企業客戶建立信任關係，並有效理解與回應需求。 問題解決能力：能快速釐清問題並提出解決方案，確保客戶體驗穩定。 多任務管理能力：能同時管理多個客戶帳戶，並妥善安排工作優先順序。 【工作待遇】 月薪 40,000 - 55,000 元 (依能力核定薪資)。 To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
