ROLIVA proposes a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan or a one-time purchase. This window is not yet confirmed (see Refund window under Operator facts). Renewals are not refunded under the voluntary policy, but you can cancel a renewal at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period; cancelling is separate from a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorised transactions and services that were not delivered as described are always reviewed and refunded when confirmed, whatever the date.
The Billing page lets the account owner request a refund for a paid order and choose the reason. A person reviews every request; a request is never declined automatically, and a decline always gives a reason.
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider and verified before the order is marked refunded. Tax collected on the refunded amount is refunded with it. Bank and provider processing times may vary.
A refund or dispute pauses the unused credits from the affected purchase. Other purchases are unaffected, and existing downloaded files cannot be recalled.
If you delete your account, you can still raise a refund question about an earlier paid order through Support using the order reference. An open chargeback or payment dispute pauses the refund request until the dispute ends.
