Using ROLIVA

Provide accurate information you have the right to use. Review generated documents, eligibility requirements and application answers before sharing them. You remain responsible for what you submit.

What the product can and cannot promise

ROLIVA helps with preparation and organization. It does not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, immigration eligibility, employer ATS scores or acceptance of an application. Source job information can change.

Automated features

Matching, Roli and the Support and Privacy Assistants are rule-based and do not use an AI model. Their output is guidance: the assistants cannot decide on a request, change your account, issue refunds or close a support or privacy request. A person reviews every request you submit.

Automation permissions

Current assistance is limited and user-controlled. Do not use the product to bypass CAPTCHA, authentication, employer restrictions or another person’s privacy. Autopilot is not released.

Purchases, renewals and tax

Live purchases are closed. Test purchases do not charge money. Before any payment you will see the price, any discount, the tax calculated for your billing location, the total and the renewal terms, and you confirm that total. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it is separate from a refund. Refund rules are described in the Refund policy and never reduce rights you have under applicable law.

Support and complaints

Support requests receive a reference number and an immediate automated acknowledgement. Our target for a first human response is within 24 hours; resolution can take longer. Complaints are handled under the grievance process described on the Contact page, which does not limit your right to approach a consumer commission, court or regulator.

Governing law and disputes

The proposed governing-law and jurisdiction wording is shown under Operator facts. It is an owner decision pending qualified legal review. Whatever the final wording, it will not remove mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection or other rights that the law where you live gives you.

Account and policy changes

You can export or delete your account through Settings. Policy changes create a new dated version; the previous version stays on record, and a new version applies only from its published effective date.

The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, to the extent that law allows. This does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection, data-protection or other non-waivable law, including your right under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to file a complaint where you live or work, or the right to bring proceedings in your own country that the law of that country gives you.
