Responsabilidades: ● Compreender profundamente as necessidades de contratação, atuando em parceria com gestores e stakeholders para desenvolver estratégias de atração e contratação ● Conduzir o ciclo completo de recrutamento para as posições em aberto “end to end”: Kickoff ff comgestor, publicação das vagas, atração de candidatos, triagem de currículos, agendamento deentrevistas, negociação/emissão de proposta, feedback, manter pipeline de vagas, condução do Onboarding, entre outros ● Cultura: atuar como embaixador(a) da marca, representando nossos valores — Paixão, Garra,Humildade e Execução — ao se conectar com talentos e stakeholders do negócio ● Administrar todo o ciclo de Recrutamento na platafoforma (Lever) ● Participação efetiva em reuniões semanais reportando status das vagas ● Condução e Administração de Projojetos ligados à área, quando solicitado O que estamos buscando: ● Forte habilidade de comunicação e capacidade de construir relacionamentos ● Excelente atenção aos detalhes, organização e confiabilidade ● Capacidade de agir com discrição em todos os momentos é essencial Requisitos: ● Formação Superior Completa: RH, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas; ● Conhecimento em Linkedin Recruiter ● Inglês AvAvançado ● Experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção ● Conhecimento plataformas de Recrutamento: Lever ou similares
