Evernorth Workplace Care - Personalized Care Where You Are RN Health Coach – Virtual – Evernorth Here’s how you will help our patients: Provide customer coaching and support, with a focus on stress, anxiety, depression and other challenges. Perform Stress, anxiety and depression screening Identify customer health education needs through targeted health assessment activities. Refer customer to other Cigna Evernorth clinical programs or client specific programs as clinically appropriate. Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans, set personalized evidence-based goals, and support customers in achieving those goals. Empower customers to become an active participant in their own health outcomes. Assist Customer in overcoming barriers to better health Lead and support a variety of Health and wellness promotional activities, such as group coaching, wellness challenges and Health related seminars. Utilize biometric values and motivational interviewing techniques to collaborate with customers to drive to improve clinical outcomes. Collaborate with our matrix partners to support the overall health and wellness strategy your aligned client. Understand and own a variety of clinical targets and outcome measurements. Develop action plans that drive clinical value for the customers and clients. Additional responsibilities in alignment with the scope of your certification or licensure Provide support in training or mentorship of new employees as needed Expected Credentials to best serve our patients: Strong Clinical skills with at least 1 or more years of experience in health coaching, health education and health promotion RN required with active, unrestricted license in respective state, and ability to maintain Compact license or additional state licenses may be required, with ability to maintain Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred High-speed internet and quiet office space in dedicated home office High energy level, with dynamic presentation skills is required. Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors Passion for health improvement Ability to work independently Customer-centric focus Ability to proactively collaborate professionally with the client and other matrix partners. Proven administrative abilities, with strong computer and software application skills. May support early or later hours depending on customer needs Bonus points for : Behavioral Health experience, including stress reduction Master’s degree in psychology or related field is preferred Chronic Disease Management experience NBHWC (National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach) Motivational interview training/experience RN Licensure note : Ideal candidate will have a compact (multi-state) RN license and be licensed in the state of New York. Language : Bilingual in Spanish Location: Hybrid; 2 days/week remote, 3 days/week onsite at Leviton plant in Morganton, NC If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 77,500 - 129,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
