Customer Account Manager (non-management) Company: Boeing (China) Co. Ltd. Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Account Manager (CAM) - Asia (non-management position) who will support the overall program customer satisfaction and operational performance of the Landing Gear Exchange Program. This position will be based in the region and will be the primary focal to support customers within the landing gear exchange program. This role will have the overall responsibility to manage customer expectations and deliver on key performance indicators (KPI’s) including but not limited to on time delivery (OTD), quality, program service levels, etc. The CAM will also partner with the functions supporting the program, integrating with the supply chain teams for execution of the program and promoting quick resolution to issues as they arise. This role will provide opportunities to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers in support of one Boeing voice. This position will be based out of Beijing, Guangzhou, Xiamen, Shanghai, Wuhan or Taiwan. Position Responsibilities: Customer focal in the region for the Landing Gear Exchange Program Execute and support the landing gear exchanges and day-to-day operational activities associated with the Landing Gear Exchange Program Communicate customer program health and region program health to leadership and across the program Establish customer program operating cadence, and lead regular meetings Set, communicate and lead execution of the customer Landing Gear Exchange (LGE) contract Achieve operational, program cost and cash targets for the customer Coordinate with Supplier Management to manage partner relationships and performance Coordinate with Engineering to identify & resolve technical issues impacting the program Drive compliance with contractual obligations Support the program leader in the development of proforma terms and conditions (T&C’s), and support negotiations for potential customer contracts Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensure issue resolution, first pass quality, and timeliness to resolve issues impacting the customer experience and program health Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): At least 5 years’ experience supporting an integrated program team At least 3 years in customer facing role - supporting day-to-day activities and direct engagement At least 3 years in aviation related industry Direct experience with external entities, either customers or suppliers, addressing challenging situations Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) Experience addressing both internal and employee escalations Experience presenting to executive leadership Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese language Strong attention to details Ability to travel globally Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Proficiency in Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge of aftermarket aerospace requirements and component exchange program Experience administering a contract Fluent in Cantonese Ability to work and leverage data to generate meaningful insights Stay organized with different priorities while demonstrating ability to multitask Experience working on Tableau, Spotfire or other data analytic platforms Other job related information: · Candidates must have authorization to work in the listed locations and the Company will not be sponsoring Employment Visas. · Benefits and pay are determined in line with local labor market practices.
