What you’ll do Design and execute acquisition strategies to expand vehicle and driver supply across Bandung and surrounding areas. Pitch to fleet owners and drivers through online meetings, site visits, and community outreach to convert them onto Lalamove platform. Activate newly onboarded fleet companies by allocating order demand to drive initial fulfillment and long-term engagement. Lead field sales team to generate leads and hit regional target. Build an active driver affiliate network and partner with local driver communities. Manage offline driver events, fleet activations, and initiatives. Monitor supply pipeline data and consistently meet individual and team KPIs. What you’ll need 2+ years of logistics or startup experience, with deep knowledge of the West Java market. Strong connections within regional driver communities; local language proficiency (Sundanese) preferred. Proven ability to manage field teams and lead direct sales or partner acquisition. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
