Role Purpose:
TheEU Pricing Strategy Partnerwillsupportcountry teams to improve margin performance within the Endpoint Solution business. This role combines business acumen, pricingexpertise, and technical capabilities toidentifyopportunities, implement best practices, and drive sustainable profitability improvements across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Pricing Excellence:Support implementation of pricing frameworks, including all trade margincomponentsto ensureaccuratemargin management and prevent leakage.
Margin Optimization:Analyze country-level performance,identifyleakage points, and recommend actionable strategies to improve profitability.
Data-Driven Insights:Leverage SAP and other tools to extract,validate, and interpret data for decision-making.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with country profit managers, finance, and commercial teams toalign ongoals and deliver results.

Process Improvement:Standardize andoptimizeprofit management processes across countries for scalability and efficiency.
Performance Tracking:Define KPIs,monitorprogress, and report on margin improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Education:Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’spreferred).
Experience:
3+ years in profit management, pricing, or financial consulting roles.
Proventrack recordof delivering margin improvement projects in a multinational environment.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP (pricing, condition records, marginanalysis).
Proficiencyin Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar).
Business Skills:
Strong understanding of commercial models, pricing strategies, and P&L drivers.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Soft Skills:
Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across cultures.
Languages:Englishrequired;additionalEuropean languages are a plus.
Travel:Upto 30%across European markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience in IT distribution.
Familiarity with margin analytics tools.
Exposure to change management and capability building initiatives.
