Experienced Fleet Support Program Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Fleet Support Program Specialist to join their team in Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA. Position Responsibilities: Primary BGS contact for issues identified by BCA partners (Fleet Chief Office, In-Service Supply Chain, engineering, customer support, etc.) Assists in analyzing post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance Project management of fleet-wide issues consisting of short and long-term challenges requiring BGS supply chain support without an existing plan BGS SME on fleet supportability – Either know the answer or help direct to the correct team Multiple identifiers for supportability issues (Fleet Chief Office, engineering, service bulletins, AOG/sales, supply-chain health, etc.) Own development and project management of roll-out until final execution Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): · 3+ Years of experience in Supply Chain · 3+ Years of experience in Project Management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience with SAP Define metrics and tracking mechanisms Comprehensive understanding of the issue, criticality, root cause, and impact to customers Define support plan and complete path to execution Establish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
