WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH The role sits within the Asia Pacific Regional GPD team and reports to the Senior Manager, Global Process Delivery, AP. The Analyst II partners with employees, managers, People Solutions Advisory, HR Business Partners, Total Rewards Centres of Excellence, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to own regional delivery, resolve exceptions, and advance operational improvements. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, regional Total Rewards administration, shared services, or related HR process delivery. Ability to independently achieve assigned goals while contributing to overall team performance across multiple recurring cycles and stakeholder groups. Ability to understand and communicate fairly complex program, process, and system information, with standard work products reviewed by colleagues. Strong analytical capability to initiate investigations, connect related issues, determine root causes, and recommend practical solutions. Sound judgment in selecting the most appropriate option or method to improve established approaches while managing financial, compliance, privacy, and employee-impact risks. Confidence facilitating training, guiding teammates, and influencing cross-functional partners without formal authority. Working expertise in Workday and ServiceNow, plus the ability to use relevant benefits, payroll, time, reporting, and workflow tools. Experience supporting or leading workstreams involving process improvement, testing, readiness, implementation, or operational change. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON Own implementation and administration of assigned regional Total Rewards programs, including benefits, insurance, pension, incentive, sick leave, and other approved compensation, wellbeing, or leave programs. Own benefits billing reviews and settlements, analyse discrepancies, and coordinate resolution across Finance, Payroll, vendors, and Total Rewards partners. Lead audits of regional employee benefits and Total Rewards data, investigate root causes, and implement or recommend corrective actions. Interpret and communicate fairly complex program information, process requirements, and employee actions to employees, HR professionals, and stakeholders across assigned markets. Develop recurring and ad hoc reports, reconciliations, and statistical analyses that highlight delivery status, exceptions, risks, and operational trends. Design and deliver training or informational programs on Total Rewards processes for HR professionals, employees, and relevant stakeholders. Lead defined workstreams within regional Total Rewards operational projects, including requirements clarification, stakeholder alignment, testing, readiness, implementation, and post-launch validation. Independently manage work queues, recurring service calendars, dependencies, and key milestones to achieve service, quality, cycle-time, and backlog goals. Initiate analysis and investigation to solve differing but related operational problems and identify the most appropriate options or methods to improve existing approaches. Partner with cross-functional HR teams to improve systems, controls, data quality, processes, and employee experience. Strengthen operational governance through clear work instructions, controls, decision records, performance updates, and proactive escalation of material risks. Guide teammates, share expertise, and strengthen cross-training and regional capability within assigned services.
