At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Senior to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment. Position Overview As a QA Automation Senior, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of our software products. Your expertise in automated testing will drive the creation of robust solutions while collaborating with talented cross-functional teams. Your work will ensure that we consistently deliver high-quality applications that meet and exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest, or similar. Identify, document, and track defects in a bug-tracking system. Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. Implement best practices in testing and quality assurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Required Skills and Qualifications Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Jira, or similar. Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Fluent English is mandatory. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar. Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms. Exposure to API testing and security testing.
