Step into the world of Nike Customs - where every move matters. You will alongside a team of specialists and analysts, report to a Customs Manager. In close partnership with internal stakeholders and our external logistics- and customs partners you will ensure fast, efficient, and compliant delivery of our products and contribute to building strong relationships with customs authorities. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Lead Logistics Customs Specialist who thrives in an international environment, with a passion for creating new solutions and for continuous improvements in the domain of Trade and Customs. The ideal candidate strives to stretch the boundaries of the possible, communicates confidently with partners, adapt in a fast‑moving logistics environment, and keep the consumer at the center of their work. You understand the dynamic world of logistics, customs, and international trade or willing to learn at an expedited pace. You have exceptional communication skills in English. You think conceptually—seeing the big picture and underlying principles—and apply end-to-end thinking to understand and optimize the entire process flow across all stages. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON The Customs team is responsible for a seamless execution of our import and export processes in EMEA. As Lead Customs Specialist, you will lead the charge in standardizing and improving existing procedures. You will apply your knowledge to strengthen alignment, enhance consistency, and support operational excellence. You will help lead day‑to‑day customs execution by ensuring compliance and supporting the full end‑to‑end customs process. You will contribute to navigating more complex customs projects with guidance and support continuous process improvements, and help translate regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps. WHAT YOU BRING Ability to prioritize and stay organized while supporting multiple tasks. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen an optimal end‑to‑end flow. Team player who contributes to an agile way of working and recommends simple, flexible, scalable improvements. Curious and detail‑oriented, with the ability to gather operational data and communicate key insights. Willingness to share knowledge, support teammates, and participate in training efforts. Leads positively through motivation, teamwork, and a growth mindset. Proven skills in optimizing, standardizing, and documenting processes, including supporting testing of new solutions. Openness to learning and applying new technologies (e.g., AI) and helping others become comfortable using them. Able to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders, including customs authorities. IMPORTANT AND NON-NEGOTIABLE NOTE: Applications will be accepted until October 15th End of Day.
