This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered Overall Purpose: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, creating strategic alliances and partnership programs, and developing strategies to expand distribution and drive business growth. This role will also be responsible for contributing to and leading product design and new product development initiatives, including the successful delivery and commercialization of new products to market. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achievement of business objectives, including specific initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals. Apply demonstrated experience in product design and new product development to support the successful delivery of innovative products to market. • Product Design and New Product Development: Lead and/or contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new products from concept through commercialization. Apply a proven history of developing and successfully bringing new products to market, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market opportunities, business objectives, and organizational capabilities. • Program and Project Management: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs. Manage cross-functional activities associated with bringing new products and initiatives to market. • Partnership and Alliance Management: Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals, while continuously assessing partner needs and business drivers. • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis, customer insights, and market trends. • Compliance and Collaboration: Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, technical, and other key teams to drive results, innovation, and successful product delivery. Job Contribution: An experienced professional recognized as an expert who creatively resolves complex issues through broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy and influences executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in product design and a proven track record of developing, delivering, and successfully bringing new products to market. This individual will mentor less experienced staff, implement long-term plans that impact the organization, and frequently collaborate with senior leadership. Supervisor: No Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
