About the Marketing & Growth Organization

The Marketing & Growth Organization is AT&T’s marketing engine, responsible for driving sustainable growth by deeply understanding and championing our customers, captivating them with compelling products, services, and experiences; and building a culturally relevant and beloved brand. About this role

To win in a connected,always‑onmarketplace, AT&Trequiresconsistent, scalable, and disciplined marketing ways of working. This roleis responsible fordefining, standardizing, and embeddingenterprise‑widemarketing operating models that enable marketers to plan, execute, andoptimizework effectively—regardless of channel, team, or business unit.

The ideal candidate wouldpossessstrong business and financial acumen, withclearunderstanding of AT&T’s business priorities and budget realities. They shouldbe skilled at transformation enablement and adoption with the ability to influence teams to adopt new tools, workflows, and behaviors through timeline communication and change management tactics. They should also be skilled at stakeholder,leadershipand executive communications with theability to influence through credible, multi-mode communications that reflect the unique needs of different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

MarketingTransformation and Capability Enablement

Define andmaintainend‑to‑endmarketing operating frameworks that span planning, intake, execution, optimization, and measurement

Establish enterprise standards for how marketing work is planned, prioritized, governed, and delivered

Ensure processes are flexible enough to support diverse marketing motions whilemaintainingconsistency

Continuously assess and evolve ways of working to keep pace with business needs and market dynamics

Connectcompetency andoperational needswithtechnologicalconsiderations (MarTech,AI,GenAI,etc.)

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

Develops and deliverstimely, credible, multi-modecommunicationsthat reflect the unique needs of different audiences

Builds shared understanding and engagement across leaders and team in service of transformation objectives

Build strong relationships to drive alignment, adoption, and sustained behavior change

Act as a change leader, balancing pragmatism withlong‑termoperational maturity

Expertise:

Minimum of 5 years of experienceof marketingexpertisein alarge-scale, matrixed organization

Proven experience standardizing and scaling marketing processes in large, complex organizations

Deep understanding of marketing operating models and value chains

Demonstrated ability to enable teams through process clarity, governance, and change management

Strong data literacy with the ability to translate operational metrics into decisions

Experience with personalization andjourney basedmarketingis a plus

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development,LiberalArtsor a related field is typical.

Master’s degree preferred.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, change management, or a related field.



Our Lead Marketing Management jobs earn between $143,800.00 - $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
