WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role reports to the Director, Digital Owned Commerce & Experience Korea and sits within Korea's Digital Owned Commerce & Experience team and partners with Marketing, Media, Platform, Operations, Consumer Service, Planning, and Finance. Together, these teams deliver integrated consumer moments and member-led programs that strengthen engagement, deepen consumer relationships, and drive business growth. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FO R The ideal candidate is a consumer-obsessed and commercially minded professional who is passionate about creating meaningful consumer moments and growing long-term member relationships. They use consumer insights, membership performance, and commercial results to define clear actions. Proactive and adaptable, they navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and align cross-functional partners in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. They bring strong project leadership, clear communication, and curiosity about evolving consumer behavior and membership trends. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience. At least 7 years of relevant experience in digital commerce, membership, or marketing. Experience leading seasonal campaigns, commercial events, consumer moments, or member programs. Strong understanding of digital commerce and membership KPIs, with proven ability to translate data and insights into business actions. Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Korean and English. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON You will lead integrated consumer moments and membership programs that strengthen engagement, deepen member relationships, and drive business growth. You will connect sport, product, seasonal, and cultural priorities with relevant journeys, optimize digital experiences, and use performance insights to improve future plans in partnership with cross-functional teams. Lead cross-sport consumer moments that drive demand, member engagement, and brand connection. Connect sport priorities, product launches, and seasonal or cultural moments with relevant membership journeys. Deliver seamless digital experiences across content, product presentation, promotions, and member benefits. Monitor revenue, traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention KPIs, translating insights into Read & React actions. Evaluate event and program performance to improve future plans and strengthen business and member outcomes. Monitor competitor activity, membership programs, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities that strengthen Nike's consumer and membership strategy.
