Job Summary This role contributes to engineering and operational initiatives by applying core technical principles, supporting system performance, and helping deliver scalable, reliable solutions. The position emphasizes technical problem-solving, operational readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to support both new and existing products. Job Description Responsibilities: Assisting in the design of system architectures and drafting specifications under close supervision Applying foundational engineering principles to address standard technical tasks, adhering to existing procedures Contributing to engineering projects by performing assigned tasks, supporting the company's technical objectives Documenting engineering processes and results accurately, following strict company guidelines and quality standards Compiling project status reports and technical findings for review by senior engineering staff Engaging in professional development to deepen understanding of company strategies and engineering methodologies Collaborating with team members to provide engineering support, ensuring project components are executed effectively Setting and achieving entry-level professional milestones, guided by management and senior engineering mentors Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Experience supporting and troubleshooting Fortinet, Cisco Meraki, Cradlepoint, Zabbix, and Aruba Wireless environments is an advantage. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Schedule / Work Set-up / Location: Amenable to working Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT Hybrid Work Set-up (2x Onsite, 3x WFH per week) Office address is at GLAS Tower, Ortigas Pasig City Must be flexible with the schedule and amenable to render overtime and work on holidays if needed Shift schedules are subject to change based on business need Employees at all levels are expected to: Understand our Operating Principles; make them the guidelines for how you do your job.
