Job Details Nous recherchons un Pharmacien Délégué expérimenté et qualifié pour superviser toutes les activités pharmaceutiques du site Alloga de Meung sur Loire. Ce rôle clé garantira la conformité réglementaire, la qualité des produits et le respect des bonnes pratiques de distribution. Le poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un CDD, pour une durée de 12 mois à compter de la fin de l'année 2026 Responsabilités ** * Assurer la supervision pharmaceutique de toutes les activités de distribution, de stockage et de transport des produits de santé. * Garantir la conformité avec la réglementation pharmaceutique française (Code de la Santé Publique) et les Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (BPD). * Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des procédures opératoires standard (SOP) relatives à la gestion des produits pharmaceutiques. * Être le garant de la qualité des produits tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, y compris la gestion des retraits de lots et des réclamations. * Représenter l'entreprise auprès des autorités de santé (ANSM) lors des inspections et audits. * Assurer la formation du personnel sur les aspects réglementaires et les BPD. * Participer à la gestion des vigilances (pharmacovigilance, matériovigilance) en collaboration avec les départements concernés. * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus pharmaceutiques. * Valider les opérations de conditionnement, reconditionnement et étiquetage si applicable. . Profil: * Diplôme d'État de Docteur en Pharmacie, inscriptible en section B et C de l'Ordre National des Pharmaciens en France. * Expérience significative (minimum 3-5 ans) en tant que Pharmacien Délégué ou Pharmacien Responsable dans un environnement de distribution pharmaceutique ou de grossiste-répartiteur. * Excellente connaissance de la réglementation pharmaceutique française (Code de la Santé Publique, BPD). * Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de la qualité (ISO 9001). * Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et éthique professionnelle irréprochable. * Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe. * Bonnes compétences en communication, écrites et orales. * Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel impératif.
