我們正在尋找具備商業敏銳度、團隊管理能力與成長思維的 Sales Manager！ 你將負責企業客戶開發與業務團隊管理，透過策略規劃、流程優化與團隊合作，推動企業客戶拓展及營收成長。 同時你也將深入了解市場需求與客戶痛點，與內部團隊協作打造最佳解決方案，提升客戶價值並推動平台業務持續成長。
【工作內容】 負責業務團隊管理與目標制定，帶領團隊達成營收、客戶開發及業務成長目標。 規劃並執行 B2B 客戶開發策略，拓展潛在企業客戶，建立長期合作關係。 透過市場分析與客戶需求洞察，制定業務策略並優化銷售流程，提升團隊整體效率。 與客戶及內部跨部門團隊合作，提供符合企業需求的物流解決方案，提升客戶滿意度與黏著度。 追蹤業務數據與銷售表現，分析 Pipeline、轉換率及營收表現，提出改善方案並推動執行。 培養與管理業務團隊成員，提供 coaching、目標管理及績效追蹤，協助團隊持續成長。 與 Marketing、Operations 及其他跨部門團隊合作，推動市場拓展及商業專案。 【我們正在找這樣的你/妳】 商業思維與策略能力：能理解市場趨勢與客戶需求，制定有效的業務策略並推動落地。 優秀的溝通與談判能力：能與不同層級客戶建立信任關係，並有效推動商業合作。 團隊管理能力：具備帶領業務團隊經驗，能設定目標、提供指導並激勵團隊達成成果。 主動與執行力：面對快速變化的市場環境，能主動發現機會並推動業務成長。 數據分析能力：能透過業務數據觀察市場與團隊表現，找到改善方向並持續優化。 抗壓性與韌性：能在高目標與快速成長環境中保持積極態度，持續突破挑戰。 【工作待遇】 月薪 90,000 - 13,5000 元 (依能力核定薪資)。 To all candidates- Lalamove respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
