RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant The RIS I Projects Team is seeking a Scheduler to develop and maintain an integrated schedule across projects, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. This role will provide leadership with clear visibility to resolve conflicts and keep customer commitments on track. Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: · This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. · Drive the planning, coordination, and management of schedules and activities for complex engineering projects and tasks. · Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on schedules, milestones, and deliverable status. · Identify and monitor project risks, then present practical containment strategies that support efficient contract execution. · Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external organizations to align planning, coordination, and execution. · Adapt priorities and schedules quickly to meet evolving mission, contract, and customer needs. · Support a 24x7 operational environment by responding to after-hours requests as needed to meet service-level commitments. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: · Possess 7–10 years of professional scheduling experience supporting a U.S. government contract. · Demonstrate experience managing schedules and priorities in a dynamic, team-based environment with frequently changing mission or customer requirements. · Demonstrate success collaborating across technical, program, customer, and partner teams to align schedules, dependencies, and deliverables. · Apply strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills to manage competing priorities and clearly present schedule status, risks, and recommended actions. Desired Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred; additional relevant scheduling experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
