我們正在尋找具備商業思維、溝通協商與專案執行力的策略合作人才！ 你將負責開發與經營企業夥伴，透過策略合作、異業合作與線下行銷活動，拓展 Lalamove 的品牌曝光與商業機會。同時，你也將從合作洽談、方案規劃到專案執行，完整管理合作夥伴關係，創造雙方共贏的合作成果。
【工作內容】 開發與經營品牌潛在合作夥伴，建立長期合作關係，拓展 Lalamove 的品牌曝光與商業機會。 規劃與執行異業合作及線下行銷活動，發想具創意且具影響力的合作方案，並與線上行銷策略整合，提升品牌觸及。 透過企業合作、品牌活動與社群議題操作，提升 Lalamove 社群口碑與品牌聲量，擴大品牌在目標受眾中的影響力。 依據合作夥伴需求與市場機會，規劃合作模式與行銷方案，將 Lalamove 的服務與不同產業及使用情境結合。 負責合作夥伴從前期接洽、提案、協商到專案執行的完整流程，主動掌握合作需求並確保專案順利落地。 維護合作夥伴關係與滿意度，主動了解夥伴需求，規劃促銷與合作方案，持續提升合作價值。 負責合作相關文件與合約流程，包含合作協議、保密協議等文件之確認與管理，確保合作流程順利進行。 【我們正在找這樣的你/妳】 商業與合作思維：能理解合作夥伴的需求與商業目標，提出具雙贏思維的合作方案。 溝通與談判能力：具備良好的溝通、提案與協商能力，能在不同立場間找到共識並推動合作。 主動與執行力：能獨立開發合作機會並推進專案，從前期洽談到執行落地皆能掌握進度。 專案管理能力：具備良好的組織與時間管理能力，能同時處理多個專案並確保合作品質。 【工作待遇】 月薪 48,000 - 67,000 元 (依能力核定薪資) 。 如果您熱愛挑戰，渴望成長，並希望在數位物流領域發光發熱，那就快來加入我們吧！和 Lalamove 一起，開創更美好的物流未來！
