Supply Chain Planning Analyst

We're seeking an experienced supply chain professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex business challenges through data-driven decision making. You bring advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge and can independently manage challenging issues while collaborating with partners across multiple business functions.
In this role, you'll apply broad professional concepts to optimize supply chain performance, guide others using established company practices, and lead projects that deliver strategic business value. WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will optimize supply chain performance by conducting data-driven analysis, developing strategic plans, and coordinating inventory, demand, and supply planning across multiple suppliers and product categories to support efficient and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct data-driven analysis to support inventory, demand, and supply planning activities.
- Generate SKU-level demand and purchase forecasts to support operational and business objectives.
- Develop and implement inventory strategies that maintain appropriate inventory levels and improve inventory turnover.
- Manage inventory optimization efforts and ensure efficient distribution across the supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with organizational goals.
- Coordinate logistics operations to support timely and cost-effective product distribution.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities that enhance overall supply chain efficiency and performance.
WHERE YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will play a critical role in supporting inventory, demand, and supply planning activities across multiple suppliers and product categories. Your work will directly influence supply chain efficiency, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and operational effectiveness.
Working cross-functionally with procurement, production, finance, sales, and logistics teams, you'll help ensure business objectives are achieved through strategic planning, forecasting, and continuous process improvement. Frequent interaction with senior leadership provides the opportunity to influence decisions and contribute to initiatives with meaningful business impact

- Resolve difficult and complex issues using advanced professional knowledge and broad supply chain concepts.
- Guide and support others by applying advanced principles, best practices, and company standards.
- Lead moderate-sized projects or components of larger strategic initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence through analytical problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support efficient, cost-effective supply chain operations through proactive planning and execution.
- Operate independently while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related supply chain, planning, inventory management, forecasting, logistics, procurement, or related experience.
- Experience using data analysis to support business decision-making and operational planning.
- Experience developing forecasts, analyzing trends, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
- Certification is required in some areas.

Our Senior Supply Chain Planning Analyst jobs earn between $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
