Responsibilities: In this role, the Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-profit Treasury Sales Client Officer will be responsible for acting as primary client interface for a portfolio of high revenue, complex Treasury clients, serving as a comprehensive project manager with a focus on accelerating revenue realization. Key responsibilities include leading, directing, influencing, coordinating delivery of complex treasury, cash management, card, merchant, and deposit solutions, leveraging expertise and exercising discretion to resolve escalations. Job expectations include applying independent judgment in decision making, driving operational excellence, contributing to process improvement and executing assigned projects with established rigor. • Responsible for delivery of integrated treasury solutions to clients across the entirety of the project scope. • Partners closely with client-facing teammates to consult on sales opportunities and provides the product expertise and consultation necessary to deliver the best possible solution to the client. • Maintains a client focus, treasury industry expertise, client subsector expertise, and a broad understanding of the bank's structure • Develops data driven insights and presentations for clients, including recommendations to reduce risk, improve working capital, and digitization of payments/receipts, etc. • Participates in the Client Management Process that focuses on client relationship development from growth of new client relationships to deepening existing relationship through thoughtful identification of client needs • Ensures service and fulfilment related requests/queries are directed to the relevant teams accordingly, responding to all client and partner requests in a timely manner, and keeping stakeholders up-to-date on progress • Identifies cross-sell opportunities through scope expansions driven by client interactions • Consults with the client as their single point of contact through implementation and testing of multiple products while helping to bridge project plans across various payment solutions and fulfillment teams • Facilitates internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests for successful completion • Leverages key stakeholders to drive process improvement, operational excellence and successful completion of the client’s project, including resolving escalations with product setup • Troubleshoots, researches, and responds to internal client team requests for resolutions and resolves complex escalations using sound judgment and decision making • Follows project management disciplines to ensure projects remain on track to meet the client’s target delivery dates, while remaining engaged, accountable, and responsible for the success of the entire implementation from start to finish by documenting meeting discussions, project plans, and action items and distributes regularly to the client and core team • Validates all services meet client expectations post-implementation, and ensures a smooth hand-off to Client Services at the conclusion of the implementation project Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minimally qualified • 3 years of prior treasury sales experience • Product and financial acumen • Proven track record of leading complex projects from inception through completion, driving alignment across diverse stakeholders and delivering results within established deadlines and budgets. • Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skills • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities • A deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsibly • Passionately curious, courageous, knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering Desired skills : • B.S. or B.A. in finance, accounting, management, or another undergraduate degree • For-profit, Not-For-Profit, Higher Education or Healthcare banking /Revenue Cycle experience a plus • Product and financial acumen • Ability to interact with and influence people internally and externally by expert use of verbal and written communication and through strong presentation skills • Ability to read and leverage data to proactively identify trends and opportunities • Strong ability to organize, prioritize and balance multiple sales activities • A deep understanding of bank structure and the operational aspects of global cash management products and services • Understanding of and adherence to risk guidelines to proficiently identify, manage and escalate risk to grow the business responsibly • Passionately curious, courageous, knowledge of bank network and effective business partnering Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - MA - Boston - 100 Federal St - 100 Federal St Lp (MA5100), US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100), US - VA - Mclean - 8300 Greensboro Dr - Westpark (VA9200) Pay and benefits information Pay range $107,000.00 - $133,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
