Als Athlete wirst du:
- Deine Expertise im Bereich des exklusiven Kundenservices und Produktwissens nutzen, um eine besonderes Markenerlebnis für unsere Kunden zu schaffen.
- Unseren Leads und Coaches bei der Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter helfen.
- Verschiedene Abteilungen unterstützen (z.B. kassieren, den Warenein- und ausgang bearbeiten, Produkte auf der Verkaufsfläche auffüllen und Schauflächen gestalten) sowie in der Beratung die richtigen Produkte empfehlen, um die Verkaufszahlen zu erreichen.
- Dein Wissen über digitale Geräte nutzen, um eine Verbindung zwischen den Online- und den Offlineverkäufen im Store herzustellen.
- Die Kunden und neue Kollegen über die Produkte und Services von NIKE informieren.
- Dein eigenes Wissen mithilfe unserer Hilfsmittel und Trainings erweitern, um auf dem Laufenden zu bleiben und mehr Einblicke in Verkaufstrends, NIKE Produkte, Services und unsere Unternehmenskultur zu erhalten

Was du mitbringst:
- Die Passion für NIKE und/oder die Liebe zum Sport
- Minimum: 3/4 Wochen während dieser Periode
- Erfahrung im Einzelhandel von Vorteil
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Proaktivität, Offenheit sowie Motivation und die Leidenschaft, unsere Kunden immer an die erste Stelle zu setzen
- Bereitschaft, an Wochenenden und in Schichten zu arbeiten
