Lead definition of future‑state processes, data needs, reporting/visibility requirements, integration points and operating impacts. Manage requirement changes, tradeoffs, and constraints; drive timely decisions that balance user needs, operational realities, and technical feasibility. 3. Lead delivery alignment, validation, and shared understanding Serve as the primary BA point of accountability for the workstream/program from discovery through implementation, ensuring continuity of context and clarity.
