Lead Project Management Specialist Data Rights Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Management Specialist Data Rights to join a Proprietary Air Dominance Team based in Hazelwood, MO located in the St. Louis area. This position is for a Data Rights Management Lead reporting directly on program. A successful candidate will have familiarity partnering with cross-functional teams as well as experience with program data management. In this role you will support the program by managing data rights strategy for the program and facilitate collaboration within program functions to manage data rights. You will collaborate with customer counterparts on data rights expectations of the program. You will be called upon to brief senior managers, program leadership, and external customers. Secondary responsibilities include helping Program Management problem-solve emergent issues and project-manage special projects supporting the program. You will gain valuable experience working a development program and coordinating across multiple functions including program management, engineering, finance, supply chain, integrated planning & scheduling, production ops, and more. Position Responsibilities: Provide Data Rights management in support of the program Lead implementation and execution of Data Right outlined in program documentation Monitor Data Rights risks and opportunities Coordinate with customer stakeholders Establish Data Rights management operating rhythm, plan, and processes Generate performance metrics to track program level progress in executing Data Rights management Reports directly to Program Integration Office, support additional projects within team as needed Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
