Project Management Specialist (f/m/d) Company: Boeing Distribution Services ISC GmbH Boeing Global Services (BGS) Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Project Management Specialist (f/m/d) to join our team in Norderstedt, GER. In this role you will support the preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management of integrated plans to meet program and project requirements. This role maintains and analyzes plans, produces metrics, and provides data and status updates to support program execution. The specialist also assists with risk assessments, mitigation planning, and business case refinement. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support the preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management of integrated plans within the aviation spare parts and consumables business. Maintain, analyze, and produce metrics related to project plans and performance. Develop, collect, organize, and provide data and updates to maintain program status, schedules, and customer and supplier commitments. Identify and report performance variances, project status, and change information to project teams. Assist with risk assessments, developing mitigation plans, and refining business cases. Communicate plan changes and recovery plans to ensure stakeholder commitment. Coordinate multi-site relocation projects and support project execution across locations. Support the global EH&S rollout and maintain governance for a steadily evolving portfolio. Develop KPI insights and reporting to support timely, informed decisions. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of relevant experience supporting project planning, scheduling, coordination, or change management. Completed commercial apprenticeship as a foreign trade clerk, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or similar. Proficiency in tracking project status, schedules, commitments, and performance variances. 1+ years of experience working with BI tools and creating detailed reports in Excel. Fluent English in both writing and speaking (C1 or higher). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Education: Bachelor’s degree in economics, Supply Chain Management or similar. Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety initiatives. Capability to maintain governance for a portfolio of projects. Ability in developing detailed KPI reports and insights to support decision-making. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules. Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
