We are looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to support warehouse, inventory, transportation and shipment operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance and operational excellence. Position Summary The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting the movement, storage and distribution of products across the supply chain. This role coordinates warehouse activities, shipment processing, inventory management and transportation operations to ensure efficient, accurate and compliant delivery of healthcare products. Key Responsibilities Process and track inbound and outbound shipments, inventory transactions and logistics activities. Maintain accurate records within warehouse and transportation systems. Prepare shipping, receiving and dispatch documentation. Monitor shipment status, inventory levels and fleet activities to ensure operational continuity. Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order preparation and shipment handling. Investigate and resolve routine issues related to deliveries, inventory discrepancies and transportation activities. Ensure compliance with handling, storage and traceability requirements. Collaborate with Operations, Transportation and Customer Service teams to support service excellence. Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy and inventory control. . What We're Looking For Education & Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, inventory control or transportation support. Supply Chain or logistics certifications (e.g., CSCP) are a plus. Skills Knowledge of warehouse, inventory and transportation processes. Experience using warehouse management and logistics systems. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
