- A proven track record of leading complex, multi-party, consultative sales processes from inception to close, including negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand complex technical problems, position Stripe solutions, and become a trusted resource for decision-makers across technology and finance organizations within software companies
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, along with a disciplined approach to customer relationship management hygiene, forecasting, and communicating weekly and quarterly sales metrics
- The ability to operate effectively in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in technology, a deep understanding of the space, and persistence when encountering internal or external blockers
