That is why the Market Management team of Agoda’s Partner Services specializes in strategic account management. We serve as consultants, offering strategic advice on how best to excel on Agoda’s commercial platform. We are direct contributors to what makes Agoda one of the market leaders because we understand accommodation needs and offer innovative solutions. From Bangkok to New York and beyond, our team has footprints in over 50 locations around the world. That is why the Market Management team of Agoda’s Partner Services specializes in strategic account management. We serve as consultants, offering strategic advice on how best to excel on Agoda’s commercial platform. We are direct contributors to what makes Agoda one of the market leaders because we understand accommodation needs and offer innovative solutions. From Bangkok to New York and beyond, our team has footprints in over 50 locations around the world. The Market Management team invests in long-term relationships that spans borders and cultures and results in incredible value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers.

In this Role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage a portfolio of hotel partners and serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day commercial matters
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular communication, business reviews, and performance discussions
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics, including production, availability, rate competitiveness, pricing, cancellation trends, and Direct Share performance
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend practical actions to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue results
  • Support partners in adopting Agoda’s programs, promotions, pricing tools, and inventory optimization opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, support escalations, and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare account updates, business reviews, and performance summaries for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate account records, activity tracking, and follow-up actions in relevant internal systems
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and internal product or program updates that may impact partner performance
  • Contribute to team targets and business priorities by supporting partner growth and improving portfolio results

What you’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in account management, sales, business development, or partner management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in business tools such as Excel, CRM systems, and presentation software
  • Native/Fluent Japanese and business-level English communication skills

It’s Great if you have:

  • Experience in the online travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or technology industry
  • Familiarity with hotel distribution, revenue management, and pricing concepts
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
