Everpure (NYSE: P) has evolved from storage pioneer to data platform, closing fiscal 2026 with $3.7 billion in revenue, its first billion-dollar quarter, and accelerating growth into FY27. Our strategic agenda spans the companies defining the next era of technology - hyperscalers, AI labs, the AI hardware supply chain, data platform providers, and the broader AI ecosystem.

This type of work—work that changes the world—is what the tech industry was founded on. So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.

THE ROLE

As the leader of our Public Sector sales district in Paris, France, you will help Large public sector organizations move from legacy storage to Everpure’s modern, software-driven Enterprise Data Platform - delivered as-a-Service and ready for AI, cloud, and modern applications, with data sovereignty at its core.

You will shape a high-impact district by hiring and developing top Account Executive talent, sharpening our public sector go-to-market, and accelerating growth across a diverse install base. Partnering closely with Sales Engineers, our channel and partner ecosystem, and Marketing, you will lead strategic conversations about AI, cloud, data strategy and sovereignty with leaders across the public sector.

This is a pivotal opportunity to build and scale a dedicated district in a collaborative, high-impact organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and Mentor a High-Performing Team: Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Account Executives, working hand-in-hand with your Sales Engineers, and establish a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive Sales Execution and Pipeline Rigor: Deliver consistent quota attainment through disciplined sales methodology, a healthy pipeline, and weekly performance management reviews.
  • Lead a Sovereignty-First Go-to-Market: Champion data sovereignty in every deal (a central requirement for public buyers and partners) and position modern, as-a-Service data platforms against legacy approaches.
  • Drive Vertical Depth and Growth: Adapt strategy for vertical-specific success across the public sector, building genuine domain expertise so the team speaks each industry’s language rather than a generic pitch.
  • Orchestrate the Partner Ecosystem: Cultivate deep alliances with channel and technical partners to execute complex, indirect sales motions that solve customer business challenges.
  • Influence Strategic GTM Growth: Analyze sales metrics and market trends across your district to adapt strategies and accelerate expansion across a diverse and high-potential customer base.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • People Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading sales teams within the IT industry, with a consistent track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing Account Executives.
  • Proven Sales Leadership: Experience owning a district or regional business, driving team quota attainment and coaching AEs to succeed in complex infrastructure and as-a-service environments.
  • Public Sector Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of French public sector / government sales and procurement, including the role of data sovereignty in buying decisions.
  • Market & Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT infrastructure landscape, with the ability to position modern data platforms and consumption models against legacy approaches through your team.
  • Strategic Execution: A builder mindset with the ability to scale a high-potential district, navigate complex sales cycles, and lead with integrity and accountability.
  • Operational Fluency: Strong inspection rigor (forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline), combined with the executive presence to engage C-level stakeholders and influence cross-functional leadership.
  • Bilingual Communication: Professional fluency in both French and English is required to navigate the local market and interact with our international leadership teams.
  • Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Paris office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

  • Innovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.
  • Growth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful. We have been named Fortune's Best Workplaces in Technology™, Fortune's Best Workplaces in the Bay Area™, and certified as a Great Place to Work®!
