The Opportunity:

As a Senior Project Manager in NBI, you will get a front-row seat on strategic initiatives spanning Agoda and BKNG — from early scoping through launch — and drive their implementation with a Finance lens. You will partner with one of the most diverse stakeholder groups in the company (IT, Product, Legal, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service and more) and use your organisational skills and subject matter expertise to make a tangible impact.

Successful candidates have strong presence, finance expertise, and are articulate self-starters comfortable operating in ambiguity. They are organised, interpersonally effective, and partner well with cross-functional teams to get results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across Agoda and BKNG, from scoping through post-launch stabilisation.
  • Investigate the implications of new initiatives on finance functions (accounting, tax, treasury, operations, commercial, financial systems, risk & control) and systems.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, bring a critical lens to proposed processes and workflows, and make trade-off calls as priorities shift.
  • Represent Finance on cross-functional forums and influence stakeholders to build Finance requirements into product and business roadmaps.
  • Drive process integration and automation, streamlining and integrating financial processes across teams for efficiency and scale.
  • Keep communication tight between project teams and stakeholders; coordinate workstreams, flag risks, and propose mitigations to keep milestones on track.
  • Own Finance UAT: define test cases, coordinate testers, and sign off on go-live readiness.
  • Ensure smooth launches and resolve post-launch issues promptly.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of finance project management experience, ideally covering Procure to Pay (P2P) / Order to Cash (O2C) / Record to Report (R2R) / Treasury.
  • Demonstrated experience leading process integration, reorganisation, or transformation initiatives.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
  • Undergraduate degree (ideally Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting; other degrees plus a professional accounting qualification are also acceptable).
  • Highly numerate, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills; able to think laterally and make judgement calls.
  • Comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, and high-velocity environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organisational and planning skills, and solid interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, continuous improvement mindset, and high learning agility.
  • Dependable, results-oriented, and commercially astute.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Tech, e-commerce, or top-tier consulting background.
  • Experience working closely with Product and IT teams.
  • Experience across finance sub-functions (accounting, operations, treasury, FP&A, financial systems).
  • Familiarity with finance tools and reporting processes
