Ausbildung als Fachlagerist/-in (m/w/d)
Was du bei uns lernst
- Im Rahmen der zweijährigen Ausbildung (Start: September eines Jahres) vermitteln wir dir fundierte Kenntnisse über die Kommissionierung, Lagerung und Verpackung von Gütern.
- Du organisierst den Warenfluss und lagerst unsere Materialien fachgerecht ein.
- Weiterhin führst du Bestandskontrollen und Qualitätssicherung durch und erlernst den fachgerechten Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitswerkzeugen.
- Die Anwendung von arbeitsplatzbezogenen Softwaresystemen (MS Office, SAP R3) gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Der Besuch der Berufsschule und interner Schulungen runden deine Ausbildung ab.

- Gute Mittlere Reife oder überzeugender Hauptschulabschluss
- Interesse an praktischen und abwechslungsreichen Arbeitstätigkeiten sowie technisches Verständnis
- Freude daran, Abläufe zu planen und ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent
- Körperliche Fitness, Belastbarkeit und Motivation
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Sorgfältigkeit

Als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik wirst du stärker in die Planung und Organisation der Logistikprozesse eingebunden.

Base Minimum Pay:
€14,204.00
Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.
This position requires working onsite five days a week.
