有計畫參與實習的同學們，請詳閱以下資訊並完成應徵申請：
※ 實習期間：2027年度 學期 & 暑期
※ 截止時間：即日起～2026/11/1 (日)
※ 申請資格：大三(含)以上在學學生（以研究所在學學生為佳），大四畢業已錄取研究所者亦可。
※ 請務必將以下資料寄送至taiwan.talent@nxp.com並以制式信件標題"2027 實習_就讀學校名稱_應徵者姓名" 附上中文履歷、英文履歷、成績單、115學年上學期之學生證(含註冊章)/在學證明/碩士班錄取通知書(擇一)、多益/托福/雅思/全民英檢(擇一)。

．測試工程 - 測試平台設置和測試程式開發/測試數據分析和報告
．封裝研發 - 半導體封裝製程的研發相關專案（依製程站點）
．品質工程 - 產品品質驗證與資料分析
．失效分析（Failure Analysis）－透過儀器實驗以分析晶片的故障原因
．製程工程 - 製程站點業務與分析產品品質（依製程站點）
．設備工程 - 硬體開發/改善相關專案
．工業工程 - 精準產能，避免產能浪費和短缺
．資訊工程/資訊管理專案 - AI Agent專案推動 / AI模型驗證分析 / 流程自動化改善/Dashboard建置
．廠務 - 負責環境品質管制/廠務系統圖面建置/Facility數據流程自動化/AI模型驗證與分析
※ 台北（台北市南港區經貿一路170號13樓；MRT 南港展覽館站）
．軟體設計工程 (Wireless) - 在無線通訊領域（Bluetooth and WIFI）了解測試案例以及終端使用情境
．財務 (Finance) - 協助處理財務/會計相關事宜（需跨國會議）
．供應鏈管理 (SCM) - 負責供應鏈規劃與管理，協調供應商、物料、庫存及交期，以確保生產與出貨需求順利達成
．資訊工程/資訊管理專案 - 流程自動化改善/Dashboard建置
．外包品質管理工程（External Quality）－協助跨產品與外包廠商的產品生產品質溝通
