In this role, you will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and strategic partner to emergency response agencies—guiding 911 PSAPs, dispatch directors, and municipal decision-makers toward building a resilient foundation for modern public safety operations.

As a key driver of our growth, you will lead complex sales engagements within emergency dispatch centers, navigating municipal procurement cycles and highly regulated ecosystems to help public safety organizations achieve their operational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Quota Attainment: Achieve or exceed assigned vertical sales quota on a consistent, repeatable, and transparent basis.
  • Strategic Account Penetration: Target new logos and lead complex sales efforts to deeply penetrate strategic prospect accounts.

  • Consultative Solution Design: Understand unique client business goals and design modern security solutions that mitigate risk exposure.
  • Public Safety Prospecting: Identify and build relationships with 911 directors, IT managers, and city/county purchasing agents.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep needs assessments regarding analog-to-digital migrations and Next-Generation 911 (NG911) readiness.
  • RFP Excellence: Lead the end-to-end technical response for formal government bids, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Ecosystem Integration: Partner with major radio (P25, RoIP) and telephony vendors (Motorola, Harris, Zetron) to position integrated solutions.
  • Live Demonstrations: Present software capabilities like incident reconstruction, screen recording, Quality Assurance (QA) evaluation, and AI speech analytics.
  • Contract Management: Secure long-term RaaS (Recording as a Service) contracts and system expansion revenue.
  • Vertical-Alignment Strategy: Operate productively and independently across the United States.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree with 4+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
  • OR 6+ years of experience in sales, customer success, military and/or public safety experience
  • Industry Experience: selling technology directly to public safety agencies, local governments, or municipalities preferred
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of P25 radio networks, SIP/VoIP logging, CAD (Computer-Aided Dispatch) integration, and NG911 i3 standards.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) security policies and state-specific public record retention laws.
  • Sales Methodology: Proven track record of navigating long, multi-layered government sales cycles (6–18 months).

Location/Travel:

  • Preferred candidates will reside in the United States
  • Travel: Up to 50% travel within assigned region/territory
