- Contactar a los asegurados, corredores y/o partners asignados de forma regular y proactiva, para garantizar una buena comunicación con los mismos.

- Desarrollar relaciones sólidas que permitan fortalecer la fidelización con los Asegurados.

- Proporcionar un buen servicio al cliente respondiendo dentro de los tiempos asignados las consultas e inquietudes de los clientes y sus intermediarios.

- Garantizar la renovación de las cuentas asignadas de acuerdo con los KPI´s propuestos que permitan lograr la máxima rentabilidad del portafolio, así como el cross-selling y up-selling de los diferentes servicios que maneja Coface.

- Preparar ofertas de renovación con la colaboración del comité de nuevos negocios y renovaciones, conformado por suscriptores de riesgos, comerciales, operaciones y suscripción comercial, con el fin de garantizar las mejores condiciones de renovación.

- Garantizar una permanente comunicación con todas las áreas de apoyo para promover una sana rentabilidad de todos los contratos de la compañía.

Técnico o profesional de carreras administrativas y financieras.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en posiciones comerciales, de ventas y renovación.
Experiencia deseable en el sector asegurador, financiero o afines.
Excelente habilidad de de servicio al cliente y organización.
Buen manejo de herramientas office.
Deseable contar con un nivel de inglés intermedio.
