*ביצוע סגירת חודש והכנת פקודות יומן, כולל הפרשות, סיווגים מחדש, שכר, מלאי והתאמות שונות.
*עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים גלובליים בתחומי AP, AR, רכוש קבוע וחשבונאות כללית.
*ניהול ותפעול תשלומים לספקים, רשויות, ביטוח לאומי, קרנות עובדים ותשלומי EF.
*הכנה, בקרה והגשה של דוחות מע"מ ודוחות ניכוי מס במקור, כולל התאמות וטיפול בחריגים.

*הכנת תחזיות תזרים מזומנים ודוחות מזומן, מעקב אחר תקבולים, תשלומים וניתוח סטיות.
*ביצוע התאמות בנקים, טיפול בפריטים פתוחים ועבודה מול בנקים, משרד האוצר ו-GBS.
*תמיכה בביקורות פנימיות וחיצוניות, SOX, ביקורות מס, מע"מ וביטוח לאומי.
*ניהול ובקרה על רכוש קבוע, כולל רישום, סיווג, תיוג ותחזוקת נתוני מאסטר.
*מעקב ובקרה אחר Open Cash, מקדמות לספקים, הפקדות ישירות והתאמות מול ממשקים פנימיים וחיצוניים.
*ביצוע בקרות מלאי, ניתוח פערים, הכנת דוחות ותמיכה בביקורות מלאי.
*פיקוח ובקרה על תהליכי AP, כולל טיפול בחשבוניות ספקים, יבוא ויצוא, יתרות ספקים, Agingותמיכה בסגירת חודש.

*נסיון רלוונטי בתפקיד קודם בארגון גלובלי, תעשייתי או מרובה ממשקים.

*היכרות עם תהליכי AP רכוש קבוע, התאמות בנקים, Open Cash, מלאי וספירות מחזוריות.
* שליטה גבוהה ב-Excel ובמערכות ERP; היכרות עם עבודה מול GBS ומערכות תשלומים - יתרון.
