A Johnson Electric európai működésének támogatásában hatvani pénzügyi szolgáltató központunk kiemelt szerepet tölt be. Bővülésünk részeként új kollégákat keresünk Accounts Payable csapatunkba, ahol elsősorban német leányvállalataink szállítói számláinak kezelésében és a kapcsolódó pénzügyi folyamatok támogatásában vehetsz majd részt, szoros együttműködésben nemzetközi partnereinkkel és társosztályainkkal.
Feladatok:
- Nemzetközi beszállítók számláinak feldolgozása: ellenőrzés, egyeztetés, könyvelés
- Kapcsolattartás a szállítókkal, problémák kezelése
- Banki utalások előkészítése, könyvelése
- Részvétel a havi zárási feladatokban, riportolási tevékenység ellátása
- Folyamatos együttműködés és kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal
- Napi munka során felmerülő ad-hoc problémák kezelése
Elvárások:

- Közép- vagy felsőfokú pénzügyi-, számviteli vagy közgazdasági végzettség és/vagy OKJ-s képesítés pénzügyi-számviteli területen
- 3 év releváns szakmai tapasztalat Accounts Payable területen
- Magabiztos angol nyelvtudás (szóban és írásban egyaránt)
- MS Office felhasználói szintű ismerete
- Analitikus gondolkodásmód
- Kiváló problémamegoldó készség
