＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
① 部署や本ポストのミッション
運転支援機能や予防安全機能の普及戦略策定と社内外関係各所との戦略合意形成
② 具体的な職務内容
・各種安全機能による事故削減効果の見積もりと業界協調領域の安全機能ロードマップ更新
・自動車工業会や省庁との連携を通した安全技術普及策の立案支援
・自動車工業会や省庁との連携を通した安全技術基準化に向けた国際協調支援
③ 職場環境・働き方（メンバー構成や職場の雰囲気）
先行開発や量産開発などのシステム開発経験者や、車両プロジェクトマネジメント部署の出身者が在籍。
自動運転や安全装備の経験者だけではなく、様々な経歴を持つエンジニアが集まっている。

＜登録資格( 経験/資格など )＞
■MUST
下記①～④に該当する方
① 製造業において、3年以上の開発経験または商品企画経験を有する。
② 社内外コミュニケーション及び資料作成が可能なレベルの英語力を有する（TOEICレベル：600点以上）
③ 他社連携や国プロを行った経験を有する
■WANT
MUST要件に加え、下記下記の経験がある方
① 自動車業界においての開発経験または商品企画経験
② 社外とのコミュニケーション業務に関する経験
③ TOEICレベル：700点以上

※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします

約400万円～約1,050万円
・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与（目安値）
・課長代理職の場合 固定残業30H/月含む
・賞与（目安値）を含む
・実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については、都度決定します
