Job description
- Carry out various driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications.
- Drive and operate vehicles across pre-defined routes through various terrain and weather conditions.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company driving policies
- Monitor and evaluate ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) function performance during real-world driving conditions
- Provide and document user-level feedback on ADAS feature usability, effectiveness, and driver experience
- Maintain appropriate level of vigilance when ADAS features are active (avoid over-reliance)
- Understand and stay updated on operational constraints.
- Communicate clearly with other Driver or Operator while vehicle is in operation.
- Monitor and manage onboard data collection systems during vehicle operation
- Verify proper functioning of sensors, cameras, and recording equipment
- Document test runs, conditions, and any incidents or observations in real-time
- Upload, organize, and categorize collected data according to established protocols
- Perform quality checks on collected data to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Flag data anomalies or system issues for technical review
- Perform preparatory activities before shift, including but not limited to inspection of the vehicle before and after shift completion.
- Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
- Understand limitations of ADAS functions and intervene when necessary
- Follow instructions provided by project manager.
- Perform reporting activities daily and when required by the program manager.
- Maintain all documentation with utmost confidentiality.
- Support the acquisition of data and implement proper tagging techniques to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies found during data acquisition.

Knowledge/skills requirements
- Practical understanding of how to activate, deactivate, and operate common ADAS features
- Knowledge of typical ADAS user interfaces, controls, and warning indicators
- Computers and data management software

Duration – This project is expected to last 4-5 months with consecutive projects thereafter.
(Note: These tasks are not intended to be all-inclusive. You may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company)
Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 5 years of licensed driving experience
- Must have current Driver's License and a clean driving record for a minimum of 7 years.
- Experience working with ADAS features highly preferred.
- We are a drug free work environment
Job Functions:
- Must be physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work extended hours and weekends.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and clean vehicle driving record.
- Meet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds able to drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours a day.
Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday
Shifts:
Morning 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Afternoon 2:30 PM - 11:30 PM
