Il ruolo si inserisce nel team M&D (Maintenance & Damage) e ha un carattere prevalentemente amministrativo e gestionale, a diretto contatto con i vari dipartimenti ABG e i nostri fornitori. La maggior parte del tempo è dedicata alla gestione dei dati, alla reportistica e al monitoraggio delle performance dei fornitori.

Attività principali

- Gestione portali M&D (maintenance & damage): inserimento/modifica dati;

- Assistenza gestione in collaborazione con officine/carrozzerie

- Supporto ai vari dipartimenti nell’effettuare perizie e valutazioni vetture sul campo

- Coordinamento delle attività quotidiane con i fornitori M&D (ricambi, problematiche, programmazione forniture)

- Raccolta dati e analisi dati sui veicoli (es: gestione database, rendicontazione, percentuali, tempistiche di riparazione)

- Rendicontazione e monitoraggio dati relativi alla carrozzeria (costo medio impianto, tempo di consegna etc.)

Chi cerchiamo

- Capacità di gestire con precisione la parte amministrativa: approvazione preventivi, corrispondenza, scadenze

- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli amministrativi o di gestione fornitori

- Esperienza in ambito carrozzeria o meccanica, utile per valutare preventivi e tempistiche di riparazione

- Capacità di gestire più attività in parallelo con organizzazione e rispetto delle scadenze

- Proattività e problem solving nella gestione di criticità con fornitori o discrepanze nei dati

Cosa offriamo

- Contratto a tempo determinato

- Turni di 40 ore settimanali dal lunedì alla domenica fascia 07:00-19:00

- Ticket restaurant

- RAL EUR 31,803.83 (CCNL Livello B2)
