Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) ADV pour gérer au quotidien la satisfaction de nos partenaires commerciaux.
Vous serez responsable de contribuer au bon fonctionnement et au développement de notre réseau de dépositaires en France.

Pour ce poste d'Administration des Ventes, vous serez responsable de :

Gérer les approvisionnements et optimiser les stocks du réseau de dépositaires.

Garantir la disponibilité des produits et la qualité de service aux clients.

Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des dépositaires pour les sujets logistiques.

Accompagner le développement et les évolutions du réseau de dépositaires.

Coordonner les actions avec les équipes internes (commerce, service clients, planification, opérations).

Assurer la qualité et la fiabilité des données de gestion et de traçabilité.

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue tout en veillant au respect des exigences sécurité et réglementaires.

Profil attendu :

Vous disposez d’une expérience en logistique, transport ou supply chain et maîtrisez des outils tels qu’Excel et/ou SAP.

Vous savez gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément avec rigueur, autonomie et sens de l’organisation.

Vous êtes une personne reconnue pour votre excellent relationnel, votre sens du service et votre orientation client.

Vous faites preuve de proactivité, d’analyse et de pragmatisme pour résoudre les problèmes et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

Vous savez influencer, fédérer et collaborer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un environnement transversal.
