一、生产线规划
1、根据公司HV 高压产品线业务需求，规划工厂产能及生产相关设备
2、根据产能需求，规划人力、设备、设施等资源配置
3、负责审核生产开发技术要求及投资规划
二、制造技术研究与应用
1、组织研究HV 高压产品线压接、焊接，热缩、拧紧、组装、泄露、耐压及绝缘测试等相关制造技术，了解行业前沿水平
2、结合公司HV 高压产品线业务发展需求，及时、有效应用新制造技术，提升工厂制造水平
3、组织相关技术人员攻关生产过程中的制造技术难题，推进新工艺、新技术、新材料的应用
三、新项目过程工艺开发及优化
1、负责HV 高压产品线工艺布局设计并组织实施
2、负责HV 高压产品线生产直接相关的设备选型及引进
3、负责产线线平衡设计及优化，根据产量需求及时调整生产节拍，评估、提升生产效率
4、组织编制、发放现场工艺文件及工时核定
5、负责工具、工装的设计、发放、应用、优化及管理
6、负责相关制造系统维护
