Team Overview
El equipo de Solutions Consulting es responsable de apoyar el crecimiento del negocio mediante el diseño y posicionamiento de soluciones de Gestión de Identidad y Mitigación de Fraude para clientes de diferentes industrias. Trabaja de manera cercana con las áreas comerciales y los clientes para identificar necesidades, diseñar estrategias y generar resultados de negocio sostenibles.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
- Diseñar y liderar estrategias que impulsen el desarrollo comercial de soluciones de Gestión de Identidad y Mitigación de Fraude en el mercado mexicano.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Ventas y clientes potenciales para comprender sus necesidades y desafíos de negocio.
- Proponer soluciones alineadas con los objetivos y requerimientos específicos de cada cliente.
- Desarrollar presentaciones ejecutivas y argumentos de valor que destaquen los beneficios de las soluciones ofrecidas.
- Brindar soporte funcional y conocimiento experto del portafolio durante reuniones y presentaciones con clientes.
- Preparar propuestas de solución detalladas en coordinación con equipos internos de TransUnion.
- Contribuir a la satisfacción y retención de clientes mediante acompañamiento posterior a la venta.
- Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, ventas cruzadas y expansión de negocio dentro de la cartera de clientes.

Required Knowledge And Experiences
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en preventa de tecnología, venta de tecnología, productos digitales, soluciones de identidad o mitigación de fraude.
- Conocimiento demostrado en modelos de negocio SaaS (Software as a Service), Gestión de Identidad, Mitigación de Fraude y procesos KYC (Know Your Customer).
- Capacidad comprobada para impulsar ingresos y crecimiento de mercado mediante un enfoque estratégico y consultivo de ventas.
- Excelentes habilidades de presentación y comunicación para explicar soluciones complejas de manera clara y persuasiva.
Habilidades técnicas requeridas
- Conocimiento de soluciones de Gestión de Identidad y Mitigación de Fraude.
- Conocimiento práctico de modelos SaaS (Software as a Service) y procesos KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Capacidad para traducir requerimientos de negocio en propuestas de solución técnicas y funcionales.
- Experiencia brindando soporte técnico y funcional durante ciclos de venta consultiva.
