As an AES Oracle Tech Senior Associate, you will support client engagements focused on Oracle technology within our Business Application Consulting practice, helping clients optimize operational efficiency through installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle solutions. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and mentor junior team members while navigating changing priorities and using critical thinking to turn technical findings into practical recommendations.

In this role at PwC, you will apply your Oracle technology skills to deliver work across software implementation and support activities, contribute to deliverables that align with the broader objectives of the engagement, and develop a deeper understanding of the client’s business context. You will also collaborate across teams in PwC Acceleration Center Manila, interpret feedback, and maintain professional and technical standards while continuing to grow your personal brand and technical depth.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing Oracle technology requirements and translating client needs into application support activities
- Managing assigned workstreams across Oracle installation, configuration, administration, development, and support tasks
- Applying Oracle Application Development Framework, Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Data Integration skills to deliver solution components
- Interpreting technical issues, tracing root causes, and recommending process improvement actions
- Supporting Oracle application development and design automation activities that improve operational efficiency
- Reviewing deliverables for technical accuracy and alignment with project objectives
- Coordinating status updates, issue tracking, and documentation across client service engagements
- Building client relationships through responsive support and clear communication of technical findings
- Mentoring junior team members on Oracle tools, delivery methods, and work product quality
- Adapting to changing priorities, ambiguity, and shifting business needs while maintaining focus on delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating Oracle Cloud implementation experience across client-facing workstreams
- Applying Oracle technical skills in integration, database, or OCI environments
- Using analytical thinking to interpret data and shape recommendations
- Mentoring junior team members through project delivery and feedback
- Adapting to ambiguity while advancing project objectives
