Gestionnaires d’automates bancaires (H/F)

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’équipe, vous vous déplacez quotidiennement en véhicule de société sur un secteur géographique donné.

Vos missions sont :

La gestion des automates bancaires:

Approvisionner en fonds les automates bancaires
Assurer la gestion des consommables (rouleaux de tickets, cartouche d’encre …)
Suivre l’état des stocks, identifier les besoins en approvisionnement et assurer la commande de fonds

Les opérations de maintenance simple des automates:

Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements des distributeurs automatiques
Gérer les dépannages de premier niveau (carte bloquée, imprimante tickets, bourrage billets…)
Accompagner les niveaux II (déchargement de l’automate en cas d’intervention du technicien sur la partie coffre…)
Remonter les anomalies dans le respect des procédures définies
