Agentic Platform Business Analyst, AVP

Translate business challenges into reusable platform features, product capabilities, and scalable service offerings that can be leveraged across multiple use cases and business domains.

Drive AI product delivery using Agile methodologies, managing priorities, release milestones, and stakeholder alignment from concept through production deployment.

Review and validate solution designs, functional requirements, testing outcomes, and implementation deliverables to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Define success metrics, adoption strategies, and business value realization plans for platform capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.

Demonstrate new capabilities, communicate product roadmaps and release updates, and serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders.

Coordinate day-to-day execution across global teams, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, dependency management, and delivery excellence.

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.

3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Technology Consulting, or Digital Transformation initiatives within complex enterprise environments.

Hands-on experience with Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent workflows, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) operating models, workflow automation, or AI-driven business transformation initiatives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively collaborate across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Copilot technologies, or workflow orchestration platforms.

Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, responsible AI controls, and enterprise AI operating models.

Experience in financial services, investment operations, asset servicing, or related domains.

Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, API integrations, workflow engines, and document intelligence technologies.
