高度化する自動車、多様なお客様ニーズにより車両組立や検査作業においては、高いスキルが求められ、作業者の確保も難しくなってきています。このような課題に対して、「フィジカルAIにより高知能化されたロボット設備」が今後の車両生産ラインに必要不可欠なものとなってきます。本募集は、その実現に向けたモーションプランニング技術に関わるエキスパート人材のポストを募集いたします。
＜職務内容/Main Tasks＞
【ミッション】
フィジカルAIロボットの適用に向けた、モーションプランニングに関わる要素技術、アプリケーション開発
【職務内容】
経路計画（RRT*, CHOMP, TrajOpt 等）の設計・実装
衝突回避・拘束付きプランニング
把持候補生成・最適把持の推定
挿入・擦り合わせ等の接触タスク計画
知覚(視覚/力触覚)とプランニング/制御の統合
シミュレーションでの動作検証

最適化・探索アルゴリズムの知識
MoveIt / ROS2での開発経験
C++ / Pythonプログラミングスキル
