As an AI Developer you will develop innovative software solutions within our Software and Product Innovation practice, focusing on software engineering work that supports digital transformation and improved business performance. As a Manager you will lead teams, coach and develop team members, manage client accounts, and drive assigned workstreams by solving complex problems, balancing priorities, and delivering work across multiple needs. In this role at PwC, you will design, code, and test applications while using technology and innovation to improve delivery, support stakeholder needs, and contribute to meaningful client outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Leading AI software development workstreams and guiding team delivery across client engagements
- Managing planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of application development initiatives
- Developing and reviewing Python and React solutions that support digital products and user experiences
- Applying AI collaboration practices to design practical workflows and solution patterns
- Overseeing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support reliable release activities
- Coaching team members, reviewing work products, and building skills across technical delivery areas
- Identifying system dependencies, integration points, and technical risks across complex application environments
- Validating alignment with professional standards, delivery timelines, and client expectations across multiple work efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Knowledge of LLMs including GPT-4o, O1, Claude
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and LLMOps tools
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Proficiency in programming languages including Python, C#, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
