【职责描述】
参与大模型应用功能开发，协助完成 Prompt 工程、知识库问答、智能问答、文档解析、自动化流程等模块的实现与优化。
参与 RAG 相关开发，包括数据清洗、文档切分、向量化、向量数据库索引构建、检索链路优化及效果验证。
协助接入主流大模型 API，完成接口联调、上下文管理、工具调用、Agent 流程编排及业务场景落地。
配合业务团队梳理需求，将客户场景中的知识库检索、智能问答、流程自动化等需求转化为可落地的技术方案与功能模块。
编写技术文档、接口文档、测试用例和交付说明，协助完成功能测试、效果评测、问题排查与版本迭代。
跟踪大模型、RAG、Agent、AI 编程工具等前沿技术，参与原型验证与内部工具沉淀。
【职位要求 】
本科及以上在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业优先。
熟练掌握 Python，了解常用数据结构和算法，具备基本的后端开发能力；了解 Linux、Git、Docker 基础操作更佳。
了解大语言模型基本原理，具备 LLM API 调用、Prompt 设计、简单 Agent 流程搭建经验。
了解 RAG 应用开发流程，接触过向量数据库、知识库问答、文档检索、LangChain / LlamaIndex / Dify 等框架或工具优先。
了解 MySQL、Redis、FastAPI/Flask 等基础工程工具，能完成简单接口开发、日志排查和联调。
具备良好的沟通表达能力和文档习惯，能够清晰理解需求、拆解任务并按时交付。
学习能力强，对 AI 应用落地有热情，愿意在真实项目中快速成长。
