As an AI Productivity & Adoption Lead - Manager, you will drive the development of innovative software solutions within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on digital transformation and enhancing business performance. You will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that transform industries and deliver exceptional user experiences.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your role will be pivotal in driving digital transformation and enhancing business performance through cutting-edge software engineering.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation
- Managing and mentoring teams to enhance performance and deliver exceptional client service
- Designing, coding, and testing applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and confirming seamless functionality
- Utilizing application lifecycle management tools to streamline development processes
- Conducting code reviews and implementing coding standards to maintain quality software
- Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and develop tailored solutions
- Promoting the adoption of agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery practices
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and implementing strategic changes
- Encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones and fostering a culture of innovation
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer and Data Engineering, Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Machine Learning, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering
- Demonstrating proficiency in Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- Utilizing advanced programming languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript
- Excelling in API Management and Microservices architecture
- Leading teams in software project management and planning
- Embracing innovation in enterprise application architecture and integration
- Mentoring team members in software development methodologies and practices
- Must have expertise in M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Scout, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure, AI Search
